1) 앵카 체인을 조금씩 신출하여 불량부 식별.

2) 앵카체인을 와이어로 고정후 약간 슬랙하여 작업위치를 마련.

3) 불량부 용접하여 보강작업.

4) 용접 완료 후 작동 테스트. 작업종료.
5. 재발방지 : 주기적인 점검 및 교육.

2. Condition: Occured Anchor Chain slip frequently due to wear out of anchor chain lifter.

3. Cause: Abrasion due to frequent use.

4. Action:

1) Defective parts are identified by slack out anchor chains little by little.

2) After securing the anchor chain with a wire, it is slightly slackened to prepare a working position.

3) Reinforcement work by welding defective parts.

4) Operation test after welding is completed. End of work.

5. Prevention of recurrence: periodic inspection and training.

Remark: 1) Make sure to thoroughly lashing to prevent the anchor chain sliding.
