SHIP DECK MAINTENANCE : PIPE DUCT (DUCT KEEL) INSPECTION!

<갑판정비요약>

1. 내용 : 파이프덕트 (덕트킬) 점검!
2. 원인 : PMS에 따른 주기적인 점검.
3. 조치 :

  1) 파이프덕트 24시간 환기후 진입.

  2) 파공부, 누설부 점검.

  3) 빌지 유압 밸브 작동 상태 확인.(BCR과 교신)
4. 주의사항 :

  1) 밀폐구역 진입이므로 선장에게 허가 득할것.

  2) 24시간 환기 실시할것.

  3) 2인 이상 진입 할 것.

  4) 진입 전후 상태 보고할 것.

  5) 트랜시버 교신에 애로사항 있으므로 근거리에 교신자 추가 배치할 것.

1. Content: Pipe duct (duct kill) inspection!

2. Cause: Periodic inspection according to PMS.

3. Action:

  1) Ventilate the pipe duct for 24 hours before entering.

  2) Inspection of cavities and leaks of pipe.

  3) Check the operation status of the bilge hydraulic valve (communicate with BCR).

4. Caution:

  1) As you are entering a confined area, obtain a permit from the captain.

  2) Ventilate for 24 hours.

  3) Two or more people should enter.

  4) Report the status before and after entry.

  5) Since there is a problem with the communication of the transceiver, an additional contact person should be placed in a short distance.
