2. 상태 : 잦은 사용으로 ROPE 및 STEP 상태 불량.

3. 조치 : 

  1) 기존 도선사용 사다리 분해하여 재사용 가능한 발판 취외.

  2) STEP 간격(30CM)에 맞는 틀 제작.

  3) ROPE에 STEP들을 끼워넣고 양 끝을 팽팽하게 고정.

  4) STEP 간격 틀에 맞추어 매듭을 넣어 STEP을 고정.

  5) 완성된 도선사용 사다리를 윈치에 격납 및 작동 테스트 시행.

4. 재발방지 : 주기적인 점검 및 교육.

2. Condition: Bad ROPE and STEPS due to frequent use.

3. Action:

  1) Disassemble the PILOT LADDER and take out reusable STEPS.

  2) Make a frame that fits the STEP interval (30CM).

  3) Insert the STEPs into the ROPE and fix both ends tightly.

  4) Fix the STEP by inserting a knot according to the STEP spacing frame.

  5) The completed PILOT LADDER is stored in the winch and the operation test is conducted.

4. Prevention of recurrence: periodic inspection and training.
