SHIP DECK MAINTENANCE : F.O TANK SOUNDING PIPE RENEWAL!!!

1. 내용 : 연료유 탱크 사운딩파이프 신환 작업!
2. 상태 : 연료유 탱크 사운딩파이프 파공 발생.
3. 원인 : 정비 및 관리 미흡.
4. 조치 : 
  1) 화기작업이므로 위험작업허가절차에 따름.
  2) 연료유 탱크이므로 내부를 비우거나 환기를 시킬 것.

  3) 손상된 사운딩파이프를 전기톱으로 자를 것.

  4) 자른후, 이물질 및 불꽃이 들어가지 않도록 웨이스로 막을 것.

  5) 사운딩파이프를 용접할 것.

  6) 용접 후 막아놓은 웨이스를 제거할 것.
5. 재발방지 : 주기적인 점검 및 교육.

2. Condition: The sounding pipe of the fuel oil tank is damaged (hole).

3. Cause: Insufficient maintenance and management.

4. Action:

  1) Since it is a hot work, follow the dangerous work permit procedure.

  2) As it is a fuel oil tank, empty or ventilate the inside.

  3) Cut the damaged sounding pipe with a chainsaw.

  4) After cutting, use a waste cotton to prevent entering substances and sparks.

  5) Weld the sounding pipe.

  6) Remove the blocked waste cotton after welding.

5. Prevention of recurrence: periodic inspection and training.
